Placing
Your Order
Online
When you find an item(s) you'd like to order, click on the 'Add to Basket' button. The items contained in your virtual shopping basket will be displayed. You may choose to delete or change the quantity of the items in your basket or continue to add additional items to the basket by clicking on the 'Store' button at the top of each page within the store.
To checkout, click on the 'Buy Now' button under the shopping basket and a summary of your order including shipping costs and applicable taxes will display. If the shopping invoice meets your approval, select a payment method (link) and click the Order Now button. To make any changes, click the Back button.

Return and Exchange Policy

SpeedLingerie accepts returns for refund (item total less S & H) within 30 days from purchase date; returns within 60 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee, no returns accepted after 60 days. Special order* colors/items are non-returnable, non-refundable. Products must be returned freight prepaid, in new, undamaged, saleable condition, and include hardware, instructions, labels, an RMA # and copy of sales receipt.
